Teaching curriculum includes Micro and Macro Economics, Strategic Management, Strategic Marketing, and Business Ethics.

Previous to teaching, Mark was an EVP Chief Marketing Officer for multi-billion dollar consumer companies. He has extensive expertise in traditional and digital marketing for retail, hospitality and packaged goods companies.  Brand leadership includes Arby's, Burger King, Denny's, Dr Pepper/7UP, got milk? and KFC International.
